You may purchase a watch securely online or from our boutique showroom in Brighton, a 5 minute walk from Brighton Station.

Online purchases are delivered fully insured by next day delivery including Saturday (order by 2pm Monday to Friday) direct to you with a no quibble 30 day returns policy if you are not entirely satisfied.

HOW TO BUY

If you would like to visit us in person we are conveniently located in the heart of Brighton. We welcome you to our showroom to browse your selected luxury watches at leisure. We are open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm. Sunday appointments are also available, please get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

Please email or telephone in advance if you would like to reserve a watch prior to visiting us with a small deposit. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase for any reason the deposit is fully refundable. Deposits can be made by card over the phone or by bank transfer.

Please note without a deposit we cannot guarantee a watch will still be available on your visit as it may have sold online or in store.

Visit You

Our team of Luxury Watch advisors provide a home appointment service to view our watches for those who can’t get to our office in Brighton. You can view a selection of watches all from the comfort of your own home with no obligation to purchase.

Our home appointments begin with one of our advisors visiting your home on a pre-arranged day and time. They will let you try on the watch and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to purchase a watch on the visit we accept all major credit and debit cards with our mobile card terminal. We cover an area of 25 miles from Brighton for these appointments.

Payment Methods

For all online purchases, payment is accepted with all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Klarna and Clearpay. (Clearpay orders under £1000).

From our office we accept all major credit and debit cards so you can purchase your new watch the same day.
