Here at Luxury Watch Group we can offer our extended warranty which covers your timepiece for any mechanical or manufacturing faults, regardless of its age, for an additional 12 or 24 months.
In the event your watch does need to be repaired during your warranty period, an approved watchmaker will carry this out at no cost to yourself.
When you take out our extended warranty, qualifying timepieces can also benefit from a reduced-price polish if required.
Our extended warranty is designed to take care of your watch throughout the period of ownership right up until the date of expiry. With a standard 1 year Warranty provided on all our watches, you can now increase this to a total of 2 or 3 years for complete peace of mind.
We repair your watch to eliminate the verified defect, according to the standard conditions of the manufacturer. You will have a comprehensive service with the repair or replacement of the defective part and the labour time. All work is then guaranteed for a period of 12 months.
How does this work:

The extended warranty is automatically added to your watch purchase, please keep a copy of your receipt for future reference. If you do have any issues and require the use of your extended warranty all we need is your order confirmation email / order number and your postcode.

As a security measure, the extended warranty is not transferred if you sell your watch to another person.
