Any warranty provided by Warranty Conditions

Any warranty provided by Luxury watch Group covers the movement functionality and reasonable timekeeping only. Contact must be made within the stated warranty period in order to arrange repair free of charge. In the event of a repair being unavailable, a return or part refund will be offered instead. This warranty is made void if the watch has been tampered with by a 3rd party without prior agreement, if there are signs of water ingress, any damage beyond typical wear and tear, or other evidence of misuse. Any remaining manufacturer warranty replaces this warranty.

Postage cost and shipping insurance are the buyer’s responsibility when returning a watch for repair. Compensation for this postage cost may be offered in cases where a fault is reported within 7 days of delivery. SWWatches also reserves the right to charge the cost of posting the watch back to any customer outside the UK after repair, except when a fault is reported within 7 days of delivery.
