If you’re satisfied with the estimate, we’ll send you a FREE prepaid Courier pack with fully insured cover , so you can safely send your watch to us.
CONFIRM THE EXCHANGE
Once we receive your watch, we’ll call you to confirm the exchange value. If you choose not to proceed, we’ll return your watch at no cost to you.
RECEIVE YOUR NEW WATCH
Your new watch will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured with Next Day Delivery.
How to Trade in Your Watch
If you’re looking to refresh your style but still want to own a luxury timepiece, why not trade in your current watch? We offer a wide selection of premium watches to suit any taste.
Our watch exchange process is quick and easy, with a competitive and precise valuation for your current watch. Just fill out the form above, providing as much detail as possible about your watch and the model you’d like to receive in exchange, such as a Rolex or another luxury brand. Once completed, send us your watch using the prepaid, fully insured Delivery pack we’ll provide.
We’ll receive your watch the next day and promptly offer a free valuation. If you’re happy with it, you can choose from hundreds of models, including Rolex, Cartier, and more, and receive your new watch as soon as the following day.
You’re also welcome to visit our Brighton office to complete your part-exchange in a secure, comfortable environment
How long does the watch exchange process take?
We keep a vast selection of fully serviced and polished watches ready for immediate sale. If you choose to visit our showroom, the entire process can be completed in just one day. For exchanges by mail, you could have your new watch within two working days from the time you send your current timepiece.

Why Part-Exchange Your Watch?
There are many benefits to exchanging instead of selling. If you love owning a luxury watch—whether it’s a Rolex, Omega, or another distinguished brand—but would like a different model or an upgrade, part-exchange is an ideal choice.
